Adam Joseph McGary is the owner of Capital Claims Management, LLC which provides claims adjusting and risk management services for the InspectorPro, NutriPro, BioPro, ProductsPro, PWSC, and numerous other insurance programs. Mr. McGary has considerable experience stretching two decades of insurance defense litigation and complex multi-party claims administration. Prior to forming Capital, Mr. McGary co-founded Premier Claims Management which provided claims adjusting and risk management services for everything from contractors to product manufacturers to nursing homes. Mr. McGary has been involved with and directed all facets of both claims administration and litigation defense with a focus on professional liability, product liability, and commercial general liability. Mr. McGary has a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
Darrah Delaney is a Claims Assistant with Capital Claims Management, LLC. Ms. Delaney has extensive customer service and back office experience. Ms. Delaney provides adjusting support for InspectorPro, NutriPro, BioPro, ProductPro, and several other insurance programs.
Eric Norseth is a Claims Adjuster III with Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Norseth has twenty-six years of claim handling experience working for both large insurance companies and third-party claim administrators. Mr. Norseth has handled a wide variety of claims including complex construction defect, casualty, and general liability matters. Mr. Norseth has an extensive background in evaluating coverage, managing litigated matters and planning both legal strategies and seeking opportunities to achieve cost-effective resolutions of claims. Mr. Norseth is based in the Southern California region.
Jennifer Villines is the Operations Manager at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Ms. Villines has litigation and office management experience. Ms. Villines provides adjusting support for InspectorPro, NutriPro, BioPro, ProductPro, and several other insurance programs. Ms. Villines facilitates strategic operations, training, and marketing at Capital Claims Management.

Joshua Morales is a Claims Adjuster II with Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Morales has wide range of claims handling experience involving construction defect, real estate services, as well as complex multi-party claims. Mr. Morales has an extensive background in construction and is highly experienced in all stages of the claims resolution process, including alternative dispute resolution and litigation management. Mr. Morales is based in the Northeast and has a keen understanding of the litigation complexities in this region. Mr. Morales has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
Meghan McGary is a Claims Assistant with Capital Claims Management, LLC. Ms. McGary has interned with Capital for several years providing general office services. Ms. McGary is a recent graduate of Costa Mesa High School and part-time college student. Ms. McGary provides adjusting support for InspectorPro, NutriPro, BioPro, ProductPro, and several other insurance programs.
Melanie Phillipps is a Lead Claims Assistant at Claims Claims Management, LLC. Ms. Phillipps joined Capital shortly after its formation and has been instrumental in the claims handling process. Ms. Phillipps has extensive experience with all facets of claims administration and risk management. Ms. Phillipps focuses on real estate services Professional Liability and General Liability matters, as well as primary claims support for NutriPro, BioPro, and ProductsPro programs. Ms. Phillipps manages claim reporting and administrative procedures, as well as provides frontline support and guidance for the Inspector Guard pre-claims assistance service.
Trang Ha is a Claims Adjuster I at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Ms. Ha came to Capital from Mercury Insurance Company where she was a claims adjuster in the consumer auto division. Ms. Ha has extensive experience with all facets of claims administration and risk management. Ms. Ha focuses on real estate services General Liability matters, as well as Professional Liability claims. Ms. Ha is an ABA Certified Paralegal.
Seth Romero is a Claims Adjuster I with Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Romero provides claims adjusting services for the InspectorPro, BioPro, NutriPro, and ProductsPro Insurance Programs, and others. Mr. Romero has extensive experience in accounting and financial management inclusive of technical analysis and risk mitigation. Mr. Romero graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
Shmuel A. Steinberg, Esq., works as Claims Counsel for Capital Claims Management, LLC which provides claims adjusting and risk management services for the InspectorPro, BioPro, NutriPro, and ProductsPro Insurance Programs, and others. Since 2014, Mr. Steinberg has been working exclusively with home inspectors, including all facets of both claims administration and litigation defense. Mr. Steinberg has more than a decade of experience in insurance defense litigation and administration. Prior to joining Capital Claims Management, Mr. Steinberg was defense counsel for several insurance carriers, providing litigation defense to contractors, real estate related entities, product manufacturers, as well as first party automobile liability. Mr. Steinberg has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Brooklyn College and received his J.D. from Western State College of Law, where he graduated Salutatorian and Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Steinberg received six Witkin Awards and participated in Law Review and Moot Court.
Stacy Moore, Esq. is Claims Counsel at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Ms. Moore investigates, analyzes, and evaluates insurance claims submitted through the InspectorPro Insurance Program. Ms. Moore has numerous years of experience evaluating insurance claims made against professionals in the home inspection and real estate industries. Ms. Moore also has ten years of experience in litigation, research, and mediation services in complex civil litigation and corporate litigation where she provided counsel and legal representation to business enterprises, as well as fifteen years of experience engaging in alternative dispute resolution services before entering the legal field. Ms. Moore is a California Bar Certified Attorney. Ms. Moore holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University of Law, and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Taylor Webster is a Claims Adjuster I With Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Webster provides claims adjusting services for the InspectorPro, BioPro, NutriPro, and ProductsPro Insurance Programs, and others. Mr. Webster has a long history of loss prevention and risk management in the retail and residential rental industries. Mr. Webster is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration from Portland Community College and is located in the Pacific Northwest region.
