Adam Joseph McGary is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Capital Claims Management, LLC, which provides claims adjusting and risk management services for the InspectorPro, NutriPro, BioPro, ProductsPro, and Professional Warranty Service Corporation, and numerous other insurance programs. Mr. McGary has considerable experience stretching two decades of insurance defense litigation and complex multi-party claims administration. Prior to forming Capital, Mr. McGary co-founded Premier Claims Management, providing claims adjusting and risk management services for everything from contractors to product manufacturers to nursing homes. Mr. McGary has been involved with and directed all facets of claims administration and litigation defense, focusing on professional liability, product liability, and commercial general liability. Mr. McGary has a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands. In his free time, he enjoys visiting the mountains and snowboarding with his family of six or spending time on the lake.
Victoria Borth is the Executive Assistant at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mrs. Borth previously worked in the life insurance industry under a private broker in Rancho Cucamonga, California, as well as in the hospitality industry in the timeshare sector involving Marriott Vacation Club and Wyndham. Mrs. Borth is a detail-oriented, diligent administrative professional with experience in financial matters and team organizing. In her career thus far, Mrs. Borth has experience working with multiple executives at various organizational levels, managing company calendars as well as organizing many teams simultaneously. Mrs. Borth is adaptable, focused, determined, consistent, motivated, reliable, and an integral member of our company. Mrs. Borth continues to expand Capitals limits in reaching new heights by reforming the training program and curating a sense of unity and inclusion amongst the team. In her free time, she enjoys cooking international recipes, attending concerts, caring for her tropical plants, and redesigning furniture.
Aric McGary works as a Compliance Officer at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Prior to joining Capital, Mr. McGary spent thirteen years working as an Operations Administrator, Claims Tech, IT Support Tech, and other duties in the industry. Mr. McGary profoundly understands the complex accounting operations that come in tandem with claims. Mr. McGary also spent many years supporting the legal side of insurance defense, with activities such as serving subpoenas, filing court documents and providing on-site tech support for depositions. For Capital, Mr. McGary works to keep the company in compliance with the many regulations and directives required both by state insurance departments for both domestic and international insurance carriers in which Capital has a relationship. Additionally, he extensively handles all facets of back-of-house claims handling, IT system support, and accounting. In his free time, he enjoys gaming.
Shmuel A. Steinberg, Esq., works as Claims Counsel for Capital Claims Management, LLC, which provides claims adjusting and risk management services for the InspectorPro, BioPro, NutriPro, ProductsPro Insurance Programs, and others. Since 2014, Mr. Steinberg has worked exclusively with home inspectors, including all facets of claims administration and litigation defense. Mr. Steinberg has more than a decade of experience in insurance defense litigation and administration. Prior to joining Capital Claims Management, Mr. Steinberg was defense counsel for several insurance carriers, providing litigation defense to contractors, real estate-related entities, and product manufacturers, as well as first-party automobile liability. Mr. Steinberg has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Brooklyn College and received his J.D. from Western State College of Law, where he graduated Salutatorian and Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Steinberg received six Witkin Awards and participated in Law Review and Moot Court. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking on the ocean, lakes, and rivers and living a plant-based lifestyle.
Gary Smith is a Claims Adjuster III at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Smith joined our team recently but is anything but 'green.' Mr. Smith began adjusting thirty-two years ago, starting with property damage, bodily injury, and personal automotive policies. Throughout Mr. Smith's career, he gained experience in the following areas of liability: commercial general liability, premises, products, commercial property, personal homeowner, entertainment liability (involving celebrity cases), construction, commercial automotive, medical products, and workers compensation. Further, Mr. Smith specializes in complex litigated commercial general liability cases regarding matters upwards of two million dollars. In addition, Mr. Smith has filled the role of management over a team of twenty adjusters handling workers' compensation cases; and a group of eight adjusters handling general liability files. Mr. Smith primarily worked for Travelers for twenty-five years, as well as companies such as CNA, and 20th Century Insurance. Mr. Smith mainly focuses on our NutriPro matters here at Capital. In his free time he likes spending time with family, finding fun places to eat, and new recipes to cook with his wife.
Joshua Morales is a Claims Adjuster III with Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Morales has a wide range of claims handling experience involving construction defects, real estate services, as well as complex multi-party claims. Mr. Morales has an extensive background in construction and is highly experienced in all stages of the claims resolution process, including alternative dispute resolution and litigation management. Mr. Morales is based in the Northeast and has a keen understanding of the litigation complexities in this region. Mr. Morales has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. In his free time he enjoys hiking, playing basketball and baseball, attending live concerts and sporting events, and reading a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction.
Kellie Smith is a Claims Adjuster III at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Ms. Smith has recently joined our team. Ms. Smith has been in the claims arena for over four decades and has a wide range of claims experience in Commercial General Liability, Personal Lines Auto and Property Damage, Homeowners Liability, and Litigation. Ms. Smith has been the lead of a litigation department, handling complex litigated cases and overseeing in-house counsel. Ms. Smith, in her early career, obtained carrier training at Safeco, AIG, St. Paul, Fireman’s Fund and Kemper. Ms. Smith currently handles Professional Liability Litigated cases at Capital. In her free time, she enjoys seeing her family and friends.
Taylor Webster is a Claims Adjuster II with Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Webster provides claims adjusting services for the InspectorPro, BioPro, NutriPro, and ProductsPro insurance programs, and more. Mr. Webster has a long history of loss prevention and risk management in the retail and residential rental industries. Mr. Webster is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he loves hunting, fishing, camping, and enjoying the variety of outdoor activities the northwest has to offer with his two young sons.
Trang Ha is a Claims Adjuster II at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Ms. Ha came to Capital from Mercury Insurance Company where she was a claims adjuster in the consumer auto division. Ms. Ha has extensive experience with all facets of claims administration and risk management. Ms. Ha focuses on real estate services general liability matters, as well as professional liability claims. Ms. Ha is an ABA Certified Paralegal.
