Executive/Management :
Adam Joseph McGary is the Owner and Founder of Capital Claims Management, LLC, which provides claims adjusting and risk management services for the InspectorPro, Professional Warranty Service Corporation, and numerous other insurance programs. Mr. McGary has considerable experience stretching over two decades of insurance defense litigation and complex multi-party claims administration. Prior to forming Capital, Mr. McGary co-founded Premier Claims Management which provided claims adjusting and risk management services for everything from contractors to product manufacturers to nursing homes. Mr. McGary has been involved with and directed all facets of both claims administration and litigation defense with a focus on professional liability, product liability, and commercial general liability. Mr. McGary has a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands. Mr. McGary holds Adjuster licenses in every state that licenses insurance claims adjusters.

Melanie Phillipps is Claims Assistant Team Lead at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mrs. Phillipps joined Capital shortly after its formation and has been remarkable in the claims handling process. Her supervision of the Claims Assistant team is invaluable. Mrs. Phillipps has extensive experience with all facets of claims administration and risk management. Mrs. Phillipps focuses on real estate services Professional Liability and General Liability matters, as well as primary claims support for NutriPro, BioPro, and ProductsPro programs. Mrs. Phillipps manages claim reporting and administrative procedures, as well as providing frontline support and guidance for the Inspector Guard pre-claims assistance service. Additionally, Mrs. Phillipps leads training for new claims assistants joining our company. Mrs. Phillips is located at the Costa Mesa, California office.

Shmuel Steinberg, Esq., works as Claims Counsel and Pre-Claims Manager for Capital Claims Management, LLC, which provides claims adjusting and risk management services for the InspectorPro, BioPro, NutriPro, and ProductsPro Insurance Programs, and others. Since 2014, Mr. Steinberg has been working almost exclusively with home inspectors, including all facets of both claims administration and litigation defense. Mr. Steinberg has more than a decade of experience in insurance defense litigation and administration. Prior to joining Capital Claims Management, Mr. Steinberg was defense counsel for several insurance carriers, providing litigation defense to contractors, real estate related entities, product manufacturers, as well as first-party automobile liability. Mr. Steinberg has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Brooklyn College and received his J.D. from Western State College of Law, where he graduated Salutatorian and Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Steinberg received six Witkin Awards and participated in Law Review and Moot Court. Mr. Steinberg is located in the Macomb, Illinois office.

Aric McGary is the Claims Systems & Technology Services Officer (CSTS) at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Prior to joining Capital, Mr. McGary spent thirteen years working as an Operations Administrator, Claims Tech, IT Support Tech, and other duties. Mr. McGary also has a deep understanding of the intricate accounting activities that go along with claims. He spent many of those years in support of the legal side of insurance defense as well; with activities such as serving subpoenas, filing court documents, and providing on-site tech support for depositions. For Capital, Mr. McGary provides a wide range of support across claims, IT, and accounting functions, among others, ensuring smooth operations across multiple areas of the business.

Justin Lundgren is a Claims Supervisor at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Lundgren currently focuses on the InspectorPro program and has a background as a Manufacturing Quality Control Technician, specializing in blueprint analysis and identifying the root cause of material defects. He is currently licensed as an All-Lines Insurance Claims Adjuster in multiple states. Mr. Lundgren is a 25-year veteran of law enforcement who has held roles in patrol, investigations, and Command Staff, and earned multiple commendations along the way. Commendations include those from the Department of Justice and the United States Attorney’s Office for his leadership in major crime investigations and his involvement in the resolution of an active shooter event. Mr. Lundgren is located in the Macomb, Illinois office.

Jessica Nelson is the Compliance Officer at Capital Claims Management. Mrs. Nelson oversees regulatory compliance and manages licensing requirements for both individuals and the organization. Taylor Webster is a Litigation Adjuster with Capital Claims Management, LLC. In his role, he manages litigated claims and works closely with insureds and defense counsel to ensure fair, timely, and effective resolution. Mr. Webster has a long history of loss prevention and risk management in the retail and residential rental industries. Mr. Webster is located in the Sherwood, Oregon office.

Zoe Zimmerman is a Claims Adjuster at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Prior to joining CCM, Ms. Zimmerman gained financial experience as a Credit Administration Intern at Summit Bank, where she conducted in-depth Term Loan Reviews to ensure compliance with loan covenants. Ms. Zimmerman also has previous experience in the service and hospitality industry, as well as a strong background in volunteer work, contributing to organizations such as Providence Newberg Medical Center. Ms. Zimmerman has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and earned recognition on the Dean’s List. Ms. Zimmerman is located in the Sherwood, Oregon office.

Micah Otey works as a Claims Adjuster and Pre-Claims Specialist for Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Otey focuses on professional liability and commercial liability claims. Mr. Otey has over twenty-five years of experience as a carpenter and contractor for both renovations and new construction. He also has a complete understanding of all aspects of home construction, from mechanical to finish work. Prior to CCM, Mr. Otey was a Consumer Auto and Multiline Adjuster with Geico. He also spent three years as a licensed home inspector for the state of Illinois. His other postings included a BPI Certified Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector for the Illinois IHWAP program and an Assessor and Inspector for the Illinois Housing Rehabilitation Program. Prior to joining CCM, Mr. Peed gained useful legal experience while working for the Knox County Courthouse, operating closely with both attorneys and judges to open and close cases. Mr. Peed has previous experience in the customer service industry and has a passion for volunteering. Faith Barnett is a Pre-Claims Assistant at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mrs. Barnett joined Capital Claims Management from the world of finance, where she was responsible for managing the financial assets for many clients. Mrs. Barnett has extensive experience with financial matters such as credit and debit processing procedures, as well as federal regulations regarding financial institutions. She also has years of experience with loss prevention and asset security from various retail perspectives. Mrs. Barnett is a committed advocate for those with neurodiversities, and holds firm in her belief that every person, of every ability, has a meaningful place in society.
