Dan Osterberg is the Litigation Supervisor at Capital Claims Management, LLC. Mr. Osterberg comes to us with over thirty years of experience in addressing complex claim issues and litigation. This includes working with many national and worldwide Fortune 100 clients with claims ranging from construction defects, construction liability, products liability, general liability, defense contractor manufacturers, international security contractors and more. Currently Mr. Osterberg specializes in the InspectorPro program. Mr. Osterberg primarily worked for AIG for twenty-four years and then Gallagher Basset for eight years just prior to CCM. Mr. Osterberg also has hands-on experience in the design and construction of residences. His interests have been in volunteering to design and construct large scale drama sets for churches, schools, and non-profit organizations. Mr. Osterberg is located in the Newberg, Oregon office.
