Hailey Burns is a Claims Assistant at Capital Claims Management. Her duties include but are not limited to handling new claim submissions and assisting claims adjusters. Her keen organizational skills and background in dealing with customers is a great asset she leverages when it comes to many of her duties, especially handling Insureds. Hailey joined CCM in January of 2024 and has been a great addition to our team.
